Content Updates and Celebrations🎉

 Hi All,

I hope you're having a wonderful February so far. Can you believe that we're already almost halfway through the month? Time flies, doesn't it? The 13th marked one month since I started my blogging journey. I will say it has been an interesting journey and I'm learning a lot about myself and my life goals. Sometimes, reflecting on one's life can lead to feelings of regret or confusion, so I wanted to focus on some of the positive things happening this month. There's a lot to celebrate in February, and I wanted to briefly share some of it with you, as well as let you know about the content I plan to cover this month. Keep on reading to learn more about the celebrations and updates.

                                                               

                                                       Lunar New Year

I've been having an amazing time at the fairgrounds in Palia celebrating the Lunar New Year. I even got good at Hot Pot, which is a fun card-matching minigame.

 In celebration of the Lunar New Year, Palia featured new food items like bok choy, ginger, and green onion (my favorite in real life). Palia also offered fun activities like Chapa Chase, the aforementioned Hot Pot card game, the chance to win awesome prizes by collecting lucky envelopes, and even a beautiful in-game scene where you get to make a wish. I was also finally able to get myself a dragon plushie! It has been a wonderful event, and I will definitely miss it when it's over.

                                                     Black History Month

It's a beautiful time to reflect on the contributions that African Americans have made to society, whether it's in media, technology, or education. I recently came across a game called "Dot's Home" which features a Black female protagonist named Dot. The game follows her journey of self-discovery as she learns interesting facts about her family's past. 

I'm looking forward to reviewing this game for you all but I need to finish it before the end of the month first!

                                                        Valentine's Day

I couldn't talk about February without mentioning Valentine's Day. Personally, I haven't been a fan of this holiday since I was a kid, but I understand that it can be important for some people. On Valentine's Day, I played Palia with my sister and saw two characters sitting on a small hill together in Bahari Bay. One can assume they were on a virtual date. It was kind of cute to see, I won't even lie. 

The celebration and joy isn't over yet. We still have many days left this month and I have a lot to cover and share with you all. My last article (Comparing Fishing Adventures In Three Cozy Games) took a lot out of me but I am proud of how it turned out. I don't want to take too much time away from blogging since this is what I love. This leads me to my awesome announcement, you can now expect blog posts from me every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I won't say what time because writing takes a lot especially when research is involved. However, blog posts will definitely be up before midnight on those mentioned days. Look forward to my Love Island *The Game*, and Dots Home blog posts this month. I have also picked up streaming again, finally. I have 2 VODS ready for your viewing.
